Mr. Mwakimi, the Firm’s founding and Managing Partner, has nearly 10 years of experience in legal practice having specialized in Banking and Finance, Litigation and Conveyancing. Mr. Mwakimi gained his experience and passion for litigation as well as the drafting of legal instruments while working for Trustworth Attorneys and later at Gabriel & Co., Attorneys at Law, where he was in charge of the preparation and perfection of all forms of securities as Head of the Firm’s Banking and Finance Practice. Mr Mwakimi is a well-rounded Corporate Attorney who is admired by his clients and colleagues alike for his dedication to service delivery and passion for research. During the course of his career, Mr. Mwakimi has handled the full range of securities on behalf of most of the major banking and financial institutions in Tanzania at all levels of complexity.

Mr. Mwakimi, the holder of an LL.B (hons) and various post graduate certificates in law is a member of both the Tanganyika and East African Law Societies.
